AFFLINK is seeking an accounting professional to perform essential accounting functions, including reconciling accounts, applying payments, and preparing journal entries. You will work closely with the Accounting Manager and team to ensure accurate month-end close and reliable financial records.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required; some experience accepted.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and general ledger is desired.

Mansioni

• Reconcile and balance accounts.
• Ensure transactions are recorded and reconciled at month end.
• Prepare journal entries as needed.
• Assist with month end reconciliations and apply daily payments.
• Support management with accounting duties as assigned.
