Job summary

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word, with availability for evenings and Saturdays as needed; excellent customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Two plus years related work experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to details and follow through on projects.
• Ability to work comfortably with the public and internal staff.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to sell the services of the company.
• Must have the ability to work well in a team-based environment.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the department to meet or exceed guest satisfaction per surveys.
• Plans and schedules daily production using all resources.
• Directs forecasts and workflows to meet department goals and budget.
• Identifies training needs and implements cross-training within the team.
• Trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors all department staff.
• Directs quality control expectations for the detail department.
• Notifies sales about potential vehicle issues.
• Reports progress and goals to director; fosters a team environment.
