South Bay Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Detail Lead to oversee daily detailing operations in our Fremont, CA facility. You will lead the detailing team, ensure parts are cleaned, polished, and prepared to our strict quality standards, and collaborate with production to meet delivery schedules.

This hands-on role requires directing workflow, training staff, and maintaining safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in machine shop detailing or manufacturing finishing,

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in machine shop detailing, manufacturing finishing, or related environments.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or lead experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead detailing team, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure quality goals.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and finish before release and provide corrective feedback.
• Prioritize work to align with production schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with production, quality, service, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain detailing tools, equipment, and cleaning materials; manage inventory.
