Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• QuickBooks Online proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• General Ledger competency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable processing, invoicing, and client communication.
• Accounts Payable processing, bills, and vendor communication.
• Account research to resolve billing discrepancies.
• General office duties: filing, scanning, emailing, faxing, photocopying.
• Data entry, posting bank activity, payroll entry.
