Job summary

Montana Credit Union is seeking a Title & Loan Quality Control Specialist in Great Falls, MT. This role ensures accuracy, completeness, and compliance of titles, UCC filings, and lien documentation across consumer and real estate lending portfolios.

You will process and maintain title records, perfect and release liens, and conduct post-closing QC reviews to identify deficiencies and compliance issues, contributing to secure, timely loan data and a seamless member experience.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of vehicle titles, lien processing, and lending documentation.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to consumer and real estate lending.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with core systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of vehicle titles, UCC filings, and lien documentation.
• Process and maintain title records, perfect and release liens, and perform post-closing QC reviews.
• Identify documentation deficiencies, compliance exceptions, and data integrity issues within loan files.
