Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong data entry and accuracy are essential.
• Basic computer and data entry skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately in company systems.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and sales representatives.
• Resolve order discrepancies and investigate shipment or billing issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Process order revisions, cancellations, and returns as needed.
