WaterWalk Hospitality is seeking a diligent Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. This role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, welcoming environment and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and proper sanitation. You will report maintenance issues and collaborate with the housekeeping team to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to the hotel's standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with necessary supplies such as towels, toiletries, and coffee/tea supplies.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel, including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and public restrooms.
• Collect, sort, and transport linens and towels to the laundry area.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
