Job summary

WaterWalk Hospitality is seeking a diligent Hotel Housekeeper to clean guest rooms and common areas, replenish amenities, and maintain high cleanliness standards. The role requires attention to detail, independence, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include room cleaning, linen management, guest assistance, and adherence to safety policies, with collaboration across the housekeeping team to ensure timely service and a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to hotel standards, including beds, baths, dusting, vacuuming, and amenity replenishment.
• Stock rooms with towels, toiletries, and coffee/tea supplies.
• Report maintenance issues to appropriate department for prompt resolution.
• Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms.
• Manage linen and laundry: collect, sort, transport to laundry, maintain supply.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and use chemicals and equipment safely.
• Collaborate with housekeeping team and assist with special cleaning projects.
