The role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with internal and external clients to resolve problems efficiently.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Physical requirements including lifting 20–30 lbs and standing/sitting for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine clerical functions per standard procedures or instructions.
• Researches issues and reports exceptions for Corporate Trust clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
• Reviews loan or collateral documents, handles file processing, and collaborates with clients to identify and correct errors.
