• Experience with compliance, treasury, finance, billing or related administrative tasks.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with accounting and external/internal parties to deliver operational reporting.
• Complete accounting and compliance deadlines with proactive follow-up of executives.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate entries.
• Input, update, and reconcile financial data in accounting systems.
• Support internal audits by providing required financial data.
• Assist with treasury tasks and related duties.
• Perform additional duties to support organizational goals.
