Job summary

Magnolia Bakery is seeking a prep cook in California to prepare desserts and prepped items per recipes and Magnolia brand standards. You will help maintain a safe, sanitary kitchen while upholding our SWEET values and brand integrity.

Responsibilities include preparing items to spec, starting ahead items, dating containers, noting shortages, and assisting the Kitchen Manager with inventory and prep tasks. Must be able to work varying shifts, including days, weekends, and overnights.

• Complete prep list and assist back-of-house staff as needed.
• Assemble ingredients, measure, weigh, and label items per guidelines.
