Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to be the friendly face in our bakery case, finishing cheesecakes and desserts, glazing berries, and crafting espresso beverages. You will join a high-volume, full-service restaurant team, delivering consistent quality that elevates guest experience with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, barista or food service preferred.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Dependable, reliable, punctual and dedicated with consistent work habits.
• Team player with a passion for hospitality and positive workplace culture.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare beverages.
• Follow food safety instructions and manage allergies awareness.
• Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO.
• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Complete station setup and breakdown, stocking and closing tasks.
• Support teamwork with clear communication.
• Multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests.
