Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, barista, or food service preferred.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Able to thrive in a high-volume environment and be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy and consistent presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare beverages.
• Follow food safety and handling standards and be mindful of allergies.
• Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO practices.
• Work efficiently with speed and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas.
• Assist with station setup and closing tasks, including stocking.
• Communicate clearly with the team to support guest satisfaction.
