Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a Dessert Finisher/Barista to join our high-volume restaurant team in Marina Del Rey. You will glaze cheesecakes, finish desserts, and craft espresso beverages while delivering consistent quality and outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include accurate plating, beverage preparation, food-safety adherence, FIFO handling, and teamwork through clear communication in a fast-paced setting. 18+ required with physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality or barista experience preferred.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and food handling.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Able to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accurate presentation.
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare beverages.
• Follow food safety standards and allergy awareness.
• Label, date, and rotate products using FIFO.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Complete station setup and breakdown.
• Support teamwork through clear communication.
• Multitask and stay composed under pressure.
