Job summary

Epic operates a campus-based bakery in Madison, WI, offering full-time positions in a high-volume setting to craft cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a state-of-the-art facility.

The role starts early (5am–8am), includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, annual bonuses, raises, and clear opportunities to grow under our expert bakery team. You will work alongside talented culinary professionals and have increasing leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Create and scratch-bake cookies, cakes, pies and other desserts in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Follow Epic menus that change daily and contribute to new recipe trials.
• Collaborate with bakery staff and grow into leadership roles over time.
