Epic is seeking a Breakfast Baker to join our campus-based bakery in Madison, WI. This full-time position starts early (5am) and offers relocation assistance to the area.

You will craft cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a state‑of‑the‑art facility, with daily menu changes, autonomy from the outset, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and scratch-bake cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a state-of-the-art bakery.
• Contribute to Epic menus that change daily and learn from skilled staff.
• Maintain autonomy in daily operations and pursue leadership growth opportunities.
