Epic is seeking a Baker to join our campus-based bakery near Madison, Wisconsin. This full-time role starts early (5am-8am) and offers comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and opportunities to grow under a world-class pastry staff.

You will craft cookies, cakes, pies, and more, helping to expand Epic's diverse and evolving menu while enjoying merit-based pay, annual raises, and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Bake and prepare cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a scratch-baked environment.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop and test recipes and menus.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist with events and catered occasions as needed.
