Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous commercial kitchen baking experience.

• Knowledge of FIFO rotation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dessert menu items for food and beverage outlets, banquets, and special events.
• Read and follow recipes.
• Make and decorate cakes, cookies, pies, tarts, and other pastry items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per SOPs and HACCP guidelines.
• Keep records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
• Display and encourage teamwork within the department.
