Job summary

Pomeroy in Dallas, TX is seeking an on-site IT Field Support Technician to install, repair and service IT equipment across Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS environments.

You will resolve hardware and software issues, document problem details, manage inventory records, and collaborate with teams and customers to ensure timely resolutions and project progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site field support including installation, repair, and servicing of IT equipment.
• Resolve software and hardware issues on Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS devices.
• Document user information and reported problem accurately.
• Record inventory transactions to maintain service and inventory accuracy.
• Assist in investigating and resolving complex installations and maintenance matters.
• Instruct customers in operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
• Refer issues to appropriate personnel or service areas for follow-up testing.
• Liaise with customers on administrative and technical matters for projects.
• Analyze system issue trends and provide solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
