Job description

Positions are available in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York, following a hybrid work model to foster collaboration.

Overall Purpose:

Under minimal supervision, troubleshoot moderately complex technical issues and coordinate their resolution.

Essential Functions:
  1. Identify, research, and resolve level two issues requiring deeper technical knowledge.
  2. Support two-factor token systems.
  3. Assist with iPhone and MiFi support.
  4. Participate in onboarding new employees/contractors from a technical perspective.
  5. Utilize a ticketing system efficiently, maintaining current and detailed dispositions.
  6. Administer and maintain Active Directory users and groups.
  7. Assist in installing and maintaining workstation and printer infrastructure.
  8. Respond to information security events related to user privileges.
  9. Troubleshoot end-user compute devices' connectivity issues.
  10. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely problem resolution.
  11. Provide after-hours on-call support.
  12. Communicate effectively and courteously with end users during problem resolution.
  13. Create documentation for processes and procedures for IT use.
  14. Support risk management and data/system confidentiality.
  15. Stay current with industry technologies and trends.
  16. Complete tasks accurately and promptly, delivering excellent customer service.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Area of Focus: Executive Support
  • Support conference room and A/V solutions.
  • Provide primary support for executive leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years supporting customers as a desktop support technician or similar IT experience.
  • Experience with first-level troubleshooting of WAN/LAN, VPN, and desktops for a minimum of 2 years.
  • At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Active Directory and user account management.
  • Knowledge of telephony infrastructure and administration.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Exchange, Office Suite, and software installations.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Network Infrastructure and architecture.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and work independently under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Must be a US citizen or US national and pass background and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:

Work primarily in an office environment, involving sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must have visual acuity and dexterity for handling documents and equipment. Ability to communicate effectively is essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

In New York, NY, the pay range is $31.25 - $40.87/hour. Candidates are eligible for bonuses and benefits, including healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and family planning support. Visit our Benefits page for details.
