Job Title: Data Collection Specialist – Level II

• Perform information gathering for data analytics, including asset tagging and data collection.
• Experience with data collection on building systems (HVAC, refrigeration, point of sale).
• Experience with IoT devices is a plus but not essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct walk-through surveys to assess property development conditions.
• Safely access roofs when required.
• Photograph systems and conditions.
• Log information into a client database.
• Adhere to client site visit protocols.
• Travel may be up to 100%, possibly for extended periods.
• Use critical thinking to solve problems and manage projects of basic to moderate complexity.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• No direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or related field is a plus.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with iPad/iPhone and iOS systems.

Certificates and Licenses

• Driver’s License
• OSHA 10-Hour Safety Course

• Ability to analyze property conditions and communicate effectively with team and clients.

Estimated total compensation: $45,000 – $75,000 USD per year. The range is an estimate and not guaranteed. Offers depend on education, experience, skills, location, and market data.
