TEKsystems Springfield, MO is seeking technicians to support a large-scale laptop migration and workstation deployment program. You will deploy Windows laptops, assist users during device transitions, validate applications, provide in-person technical support, and manage asset inventory while working across migration events and cutovers.

Responsibilities include imaging, provisioning, configuring devices, migrating users, trouble-shooting login issues, and ensuring business apps work

• Document deployment activities, issues, and resolutions within ServiceNow or designated ticketing systems.
• Provide white-glove support to end users during migration events and scheduled cutovers.
• Assist with printer, peripheral, docking station, monitor, and mobile device setup.
• Support office relocation and site migration initiatives.
• Maintain accurate asset management records and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Escalate technical issues to engineering, endpoint management, or infrastructure teams as required.
• Participate in migration planning, staging, and hypercare support activities.

Job Description The PC Deployment & Migration Technician supports enterprise workstation migration and device deployment initiatives. This role is responsible for preparing, deploying, configuring, validating, and supporting laptops, desktop computers, peripherals, and related end-user technology. The technician will work directly with employees during migration events, workstation refreshes, onboarding activities, and scheduled cutovers to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
