Job summary

Job Description:

Consultant needs some asset management experience and basic foundation for IT troubleshooting. Consultant will need to communicate with end users well and follow process and procedures for all IT support. There are 110 sites connected to the (client) network. 75% of the offices -- have end users in them that need support so having remote support experience is key. This position will be 12+ Months + Long Term extensions.
