Job description

Job Description

Provide Workstation Hardware and Windows 10/11 Software Break Fix support.

IMAC - PC Install, Moves, Adds, and Changes.

Support imaging in support of break fix activities.

Asset Recovery, Asset Tagging, and Disposal in accordance with customer processes and procedures.

Install user-requested, customer-approved software outside the scope of the installed base image.

Printer Support and Client Center (Tech Bar) Support.

Update IT Service Management systems.

Guide end users to mobile device return drop boxes.

Package mobile devices and prepare for shipping to disposal vendors.

Support other client needs to maintain workstation operations and customer satisfaction.

Participate in implementing customer support methodologies, processes, and procedures.

Skills Requirements
  • Effective interpersonal skills, articulate communication for interfacing with client staff.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Experience imaging and configuring PC systems.
  • Skills in hardware break fix and software installation.
  • Basic troubleshooting of network issues including network adapters, wireless, and VPN clients.
  • Support experience with Windows 10 OS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with end-user Help Desk ticketing systems.
  • Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS).
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Customer service skills are critical, requiring patience and strong interpersonal skills due to varying user understanding of technology.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $17.00 - $26.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, employee assistance, PTO, and more, subject to eligibility and plan specifics.
