Job summary

B&H Photo Video is seeking a Desktop Support Technician Level 2 to maintain hardware and software configurations for end users. You will install desktops, printers, and peripherals, troubleshoot connectivity, and coordinate deployments across corporate, store, and warehouse locations.

The role requires at least 3 years of IT support experience, strong OS knowledge for Windows and Mac, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Experience with installation of major computer components and software.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Strong communication and professional phone demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure desktops, printers, phones, and peripherals.
• Monitor connectivity and resolve network/endpoint issues.
• Record inventory and manage asset deployment across locations.
• Coordinate companywide hardware and software deployments.
• Repair issues with PCs, printers, phones, scanners, etc.
• Document incidents and escalation paths for support team.
