Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. in Virginia Beach is seeking a Desktop Support Supervisor to lead Tier 2 support on DoW networks, manage on-premise hardware, and perform updates to laptops, desktops, and zero clients.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, Security+ CE, and 2+ years in AD, SCCM, Exchange, or related areas, with willingness to work a 24x7 schedule and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in at least three of the following areas: VDI, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, Information Security, Desktop applications.
• 2+ years configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows 11 Desktops.
• Willingness to support a 24x7x365 schedule and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems administrative support on DoW networks and enclaves.
• Manage on-premise hardware, perform updates, and troubleshoot Tier 1 & 2 issues.
• Implement system management tactics and maintain lifecycle documentation.
