Job summary

This position provides phone and desktop support, imaging and deployment for new hires, on-site and remote assistance, and collaboration with other support groups to resolve issues.

The role involves troubleshooting routine to moderately complex desktop problems and delivering high-quality technical support to internal users and stakeholders.

Qualifications
