The incumbent will resolve support requests from campus customers, administer email, Active Directory, print servers, and mobile device management, and provide in-person, online, and phone assistance in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows desktop OS.
• Experience configuring and deploying MacOS desktops.
• Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 OS.
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Ability to write technical documentation and end-user procedures.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Customer support and advocacy.
• Configure and deploy desktop PCs and software to end users.
• Provide systems support for network resources.
• Maintain library of documentation and inventory of assets.
• Test and evaluate desktop and software.
• Communicate clearly with diverse campus community.
