Rochester Regional Health System in Newark, NY is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide IT technical support for end-user hardware, software and related technologies, and to assist with hardware/software installation to meet patient and staff needs.
The role requires independent analysis, problem solving, and strong customer service, with on-call duties and a 7:30 am–4:00 pm schedule, Monday through Friday, plus occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

This position is to provide IT technical support at Rochester Regional Health for all approved end-user computer hardware, software and related technologies. Support also includes the scheduling and installation of approved hardware and software to meet customer and organizational needs. The position also require independent analysis and problem solving as well as great customer service skills.
