Job summary

RIVO Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Manager to lead IT operations and stay deeply involved in day-to-day support. You will manage a small desktop support team, oversee hardware, software, and OS deployment, and partner with leadership to maintain a secure, scalable tech environment.

This role requires mentoring the team while tackling technical challenges and directly impacting business operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop support experience in a Microsoft environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory/lead experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues end-to-end.
• Strong communication, organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop desktop support team members, setting priorities and workflow.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching discussions; support employee development.
• Serve as escalation point for advanced technical issues.
• Manage and maintain company hardware, software, and OS.
• Hands-on setup and troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals.
• Configure and deploy tech for new hires and office expansions.
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain inventories, documentation, warranties, licensing and asset records.
• Maintain monitoring, backups, and recovery processes.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

Job Description

WhatYou’llDo:

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and developdesktop supportteam members whileestablishingpriorities and managing workflow

• Manage user provisioning, access controls, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Maintainaccurateinventories, documentation, warranties, licensing, and asset records

Administration

• Maintain and strengthen monitoring, backups, and recovery processes
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning efforts
• Administer Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, and related services
• Perform upgrades, maintenance, patching, and ongoing optimization of infrastructure systems
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
• Assistwith budgeting,purchasingdecisions, and technology planning
• Partner with business leaders toidentifytechnology solutions that improve operational efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, policies, procedures, and internal knowledge base resources

Qualifications

What We Look For:

• 5+ years of experience indesktop supportwithin a Microsoft environment
• 2+ years of supervisory, lead, or management experience
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune,and Windows Server environments
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues from start to finish
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or similar certification preferred
• Experience supporting technology in a call center or high-volume operational environment strongly preferred

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $110,000.00 to $150,000.00. Individual salaries within those ranges take into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
