Key focus is stable end-user computing environments, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering timely resolutions to maintain service quality across the organization.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of related IT support experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident and problem management.
• Experience with Windows and macOS desktop environments.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily desktop support operations and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate and assign helpdesk tickets and monitor progress.
• Provide reporting on desktop support performance and trends.
• Serve as escalation point for desktop issues.
