Job summary

Gambit Technologies in Manhattan, NYC is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with strong Mac and Windows experience to maintain a mixed fleet and support VIPs on site. You will own tickets end to end, manage devices in Jamf and Intune, and collaborate with AD, GPO, and security teams.

The role requires hands-on admin of Jamf/Intune, AD groups, and MFA/O365, plus delivering smooth IT support for executives and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in desktop or end-user support.
• Hands-on Jamf and Intune admin experience.
• Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with SCCM, WSUS or similar desktop management tools.
• Working knowledge of Azure, O365 and G-Suite.
• Calm, clear communication with non-technical people, especially senior execs.

NYC metro only. This role is onsite in Manhattan.

Looking for a Desktop Engineer who's supported both MAC and Windows Devices for a small sharp IT team.

Their fleet is split right down the middle, half Mac and half Windows. So they need someone who's genuinely good on both. Not "I've used a Mac," but you've built policies in Jamf and managed devices in Intune.
