Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support to end users in Spokane, WA. This role handles first and second level issues, triages tickets, and coordinates with technicians to ensure timely resolution.

You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network connectivity, install hardware and software, and document activities while complying with client security policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN, switches, routers).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues.

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate tasks, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role provides on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate manner to ensure optimal service delivery.

The Desktop Support Engineer provides first- and second-level technical support and manages the efficient assignment and dispatch of service requests. Work Model
