Qualifications

Role Overview

This role involves responding to service requests when required and providing hands‑on technical assistance for desktop systems, laptops, network connectivity, and peripheral devices at the client location. This is a contract‑based, on‑demand position, meaning work assignments will be provided as and when support is required. Availability and responsiveness are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
