The position is independent contractor/dispatch, with no guaranteed hours and an immediate start. You will work directly with the Service Delivery Team to ensure timely and accurate support deliverables.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.

Role Overview
