A brand new role has arisen for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a leading Investment Platform as they look for someone to help their global desktop support team. You will be brought on board to help the IT head office service desk team working on vital projects and escalations. The successful Desktop Support Engineer will have strong knowledge of Windows Server and Azure while also having good stakeholder engagement skills.

As the Desktop Support Engineer you will need to have the ability to help troubleshoot and support while also having good experience within PowerShell and VMware. It is also essential that you have strong decision-making skills and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a great chance for someone to take the next step in their career. This is a hybrid role that will be 4 days a week in their New York office.

Skills required for the Desktop Support Engineer are:

- Previous experience as a Desktop Support Engineer
