Job summary

PDSSOFT INC. in Stevens Point is seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to provide onsite IT support for our manufacturing facility.

You will manage desktop/laptop environments, perform Windows 10/11 administration, and support Microsoft 365, AD and Azure AD to keep business systems running smoothly. You will troubleshoot hardware, printers, and peripherals, and coordinate with regional and global IT teams to ensure high availability of critical applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of End User Computing and desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Hardware troubleshooting for Dell/HP laptops and desktops.
• Printer and peripheral support experience.
• Familiar with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid networking underpinning IT support (CCNA preferred).
