Carnegie Learning in Pittsburgh is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to own end-user desktop support, hardware issuance, and the onboarding/offboarding process. This hybrid role requires you to come into downtown Pittsburgh 2-3 days weekly and collaborate with IT leadership.

You will manage computer images, set up AD, Exchange, Google Workspace accounts, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely responses. The ideal candidate has an Associates degree, 2+ years in desktop support, and strong

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS X installation/configuration.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and Google Workspace.
• Excellent oral communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Desktop Support AnalystWHAT WE SEEKThis position will be responsible for the procurement, inventory, and end user desktop support. The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for new hire onboarding and offboarding. This position reports to the Senior Manager of IT.
