Job summary

Qode is seeking an Installation Technician (VoIP/Cisco Phones) for an onsite role in downtown Indianapolis. This 12-month contract/project assignment is based on five days per week onsite, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

You will assist with installation and deployment of VoIP phone systems, configure Cisco equipment, test connectivity, and support workstation setups at various onsite locations. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and the ability to follow technical instructions are

Qualifications

• Previous experience with technology installations, telecommunications, or hardware deployments.
• Exposure to Cisco phone systems and VoIP technology preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work independently.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite five days per week.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Where?

This position is based onsite in downtown Indianapolis. Team members are expected to work onsite five days per week throughout the duration of the project.

Job Details

• Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Employment Type: 12-month contract/project assignment
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
• Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN (100% onsite)
• Start Date: Interviews are beginning immediately
