Job summary

Qode in Indianapolis is seeking an Installation Technician (VoIP/Cisco Phones) to install and deploy VoIP phone systems onsite five days a week. You will configure Cisco equipment, troubleshoot issues, and document progress while collaborating with a team on a 12-month project.

Strong teamwork and communication are essential as you support workstation and phone setups across locations, ensuring reliability and quality throughout the deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience with technology installations, structured cabling, or hardware deployments.
• Exposure to Cisco phone systems and VoIP technology preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Installation Technician (VoIP/Cisco Phones)

Where?

This position is based onsite in downtown Indianapolis. Team members are expected to work onsite five days per week throughout the duration of the project.

Job Details

• Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Employment Type: 12-month contract/project assignment
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, standard business hours
• Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN (100% onsite)
• Start Date: Interviews are beginning immediately
• Openings: 2 positions available
