The IT Desktop Senior Technical Analyst will provide Tier II and III desktop support to a diverse user base, including state employees, contractors, interns, vendors, and some county users. You will serve as the technical work lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing support requests beyond the Service Desk.
