Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a PC Technician to provide onsite IT support across the Greater Orange, NJ area. This temporary role focuses on workstation and printer setup, basic troubleshooting, and IT asset inventory, with local travel involved.

You will travel between sites, configure PCs, laptops, monitors and printers, troubleshoot issues, and document work. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential; CompTIA A+ is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years IT support, desktop support, help desk, or PC Technician experience.
• Hands-on PC/workstation and printer setup experience.
• Basic Windows hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations and work independently.
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

This is a temporary, one-week, assignment, from 9/7 - 9/11, with one of Arctiq's clients located in Orange, NJ. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with local travel to multiple sites.
