Job summary

Zeektek is seeking a Desktop/Endpoint Engineer on a contract basis in Roseville, CA, to support deployment, management, and troubleshooting of our device fleet—desktop and mobile. The role combines hands-on endpoint engineering with occasional service desk support for fleet-related hardware and performance issues.

You will deploy software with SCCM/Intune, optimize mobile fleet deployment, enroll devices in MDM, and assist in ticket resolution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, NinjaOne, or an equivalent endpoint management platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy software packages using SCCM, Intune, NinjaOne, or similar endpoint management platform.
• Develop and maintain best practices for mobile fleet deployment and management.
• Support MDM enrollment for iOS and Android devices, including device policy configuration and maintenance.
• Provide service desk support for tickets related to fleet hardware, drivers, and performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues across desktop and mobile environments.
• Collaborate with the IT team to maintain consistent deployment and configuration standards fleet-wide.
