• PC Support experience in a Windows environment, managing 5000+ devices and supporting an additional 2000 at the corporate office. Responsibilities include implementation, upgrading, break/fix, and replacement of PCs.
• Image and staging of PCs, including setting up in the Knoxville Office and shipping to various travel centers across America, as well as managing printers and Windows 11 deployments.
• Proficiency with scripting, PowerShell, cloning tools like Clonezilla, ServiceNow, O365, Bomgar or similar remote management software, VPNs, multi-factor authentication (Cisco), and IBM BigFix or similar.
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with employees across 300+ travel centers and 18,000+ field employees.
• Certifications such as Net+, Sec+, A+ are a plus.

Job Duties & Technologies

Seeking an experienced Desktop technician to support over 300 travel centers and 5000+ PCs from the IT Center in Knoxville. Responsibilities include imaging, deploying, supporting desktop/laptop computers, and asset management. Acts as the final support tier for technical issues, working collaboratively to resolve problems and responding promptly to incident tickets related to Microsoft Windows, business applications, and hardware.

Pay and Benefits

The pay rate is $22.00/hr.
