Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking multiple Deskside Support Technicians to join their team onsite in Miami, FL. This temporary engagement runs 4 to 5 months with a potential extension.

Responsibilities include IMACD tasks, break/fix support, imaging and deploying endpoints, and end-user assistance. Candidates should have 3+ years of enterprise deskside experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise deskside/field support experience.
• Hands-on Windows deskside support and troubleshooting (level 2).
• Experience with endpoint imaging, deployment, and IMACD processes.
• Strong onsite customer service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
• Accurate work documentation and record keeping.
• Collaborates effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Stage, build, image, configure and deploy endpoints.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide end-user support.
• Maintain ITSM and asset records; update tickets.
• Coordinate and escalate issues as needed.

Job description

Our client is currently seeking multiplequalified Deskside Support Technicians to join their team onsite in Miami, FL and provide support. This opportunity is for the duration of 4 to 5 months, with the possibility of extension.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform IMACD tasks
• Provide break/fix support
• Stage, build, image, configure and deploy endpoints
• Perform hardware/software troubleshooting
• Support asset handling
• Perform ticket updates
• Provide end-user support
• Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests
• Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records
• Assist to coordinate escalations

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience preferred in enterprise deskside / field support
• Hands-on experience with level 2 Windows deskside support and troubleshooting
• Experience with endpoint imaging, deployment and IMACD
• Strong onsite customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment,
• Ability to document work accurately
• Strong collaboration skills

Wage Range

The hourly rate for this position is between $24.75- $33.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
