Job summary

Core One is seeking a highly skilled intelligence professional in McLean, VA to support national security missions. The role requires a TS/SCI with Poly and a Bachelor's degree, with extensive experience in sponsor messaging, classified databases, and targeted analyses.

You will coordinate overseas offices, oversee active cases, and provide strategic guidance for operational planning. Strong writing and briefing abilities are essential for senior leadership communications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with sponsor messaging and classified databases, including specific targeting tools.
• Strong briefing and writing skills and ability to work with teams or independently with minimal supervision.
• Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest.
• Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a comprehensive range of operational and administrative support activities.

Levels:

• Level 3: Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Level 4: Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Level 5: Bachelor’s degree and at least 20 years of relevant professional experience.

*Note: 5 additional years of experience can be applied in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree*

Qualifications:

• Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision.
• Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest.
• Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group.
• Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Proficiency in a foreign language preferred.
• Sponsor certification as a Desk Officer, Staff Operations Officer, or Collections Management Officer.
• Experience in Intelligence Operations, Analysis, and Support to Field Operations
• Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases.
• Experience using sponsor databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.

Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Salary Range: $140,000 - $215,000

The pay range reflected above is a general guideline for this position and labor category and is not a guarantee of a specific salary or offer. Final compensation is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, contract requirements, geographic location, and internal pay equity, and may reflect market data specific to the awarded contract.
