Job description

We are actively seeking Desk Officers (1–20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance to support operational elements in a long‑term intelligence program in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full range of operational and support activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas offices.
• Provide operational guidance for ongoing cases.
• Propose recommendations for possible operational scenarios.
• Coordinate legal and policy issues affecting cases and overseas offices.
• Provide in‑depth research on existing cases and intelligence assessments using a variety of sources.
• Provide briefings to senior decision‑makers.

All positions require a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. Candidates lacking this clearance will be disqualified.

Experience levels:

• Level 1: 1 year of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree (or 5 years additional experience may substitute).
• Level 2: 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Level 3: 7 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Level 4: 12 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Level 5: 20 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Basic Qualifications
