Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Counterintelligence Officer in the McLean/Reston area to join a team focused on countering global threats. The role requires extensive intelligence analysis, operations support, and counterintelligence expertise to inform strategic decisions.

You will be responsible for providing analytical support to operational personnel, managing, and tracking cases, and conducting research and analysis to inform operational decisions.

Requirements:

Requires possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of direct customer experience focused on intelligence operations and analysis.
• Language Proficiency: Spanish 3+
• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Experience:

• Experience supporting complex operations or programs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working in a global or regional context.
• Experience in multiple areas, such as countering illicit activities, intelligence analysis, or counterterrorism.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
