Mercy Housing is hiring for a part-time, on-site front desk role in San Francisco, offering 24 hours per week with a swing shift (Thursday–Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM). Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors while providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor building access and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed and accurate messages.
• Conduct routine property patrols to help maintain a safe community environment.
• Communicate important information to property staff and appropriate authorities as needed.
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations by contacting emergency services.
• Support a respectful, secure, and inclusive living environment for residents.
