Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic Sales Associates for its Santa Clara store to deliver memorable shopping experiences and represent the POP MART brand. You will greet guests, understand needs, share product stories, and guide purchases with product knowledge and friendly service.

Responsibilities include stock replenishment, merchandising, POS transactions, returns and exchanges, and helping maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment or service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable learning new technology, POS systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build authentic relationships with guests.
• Educate customers on POP MART products, stories, and memberships to drive sales.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions accurately.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to policies.
